Non Profits Have A Place to Grow - Federated Charities

Federated Charities was established in 1911 to support local nonprofits in Frederick County. Among their services is reduced cost office space. http://www.federatedcharities.org/   They currently have a number of office spaces for leasing to non-profit, human services agencies in their handicapped accessible building complex located at 22 South Market Street in downtown Frederick City.  The agency must have a 501C3 status from the Internal Revenue Service.  The rental rate, effective January 1, 2015, will be $9.50 per gross square foot, and includes the Tenant’s cost for electricity, heating, air conditioning, water, sewer, and trash/recycling removal.  Also, Federated Charities offers the usage of the Conference Room for their Tenants on scheduled basis.
